- Enquiry Forms – The purpose of these forms requesting a name and email details is to contact Gillian B via the website with a business enquiry. WordPress collects the data and sends it to gillianb.va@gmail.com.
- Leave a Reply – Found at the end of each blog post. The purpose of the comment box is to give individuals the option to comment on the blog posts. WordPress collects the data and send it to gillianb.va@gmail.com a notification email.
The data collected is not excessive. Controls are in place to review data and to delete data that is no longer used or necessary for business or marketing purposes.
